Our Story
We are a British-Texan family of six and long-time homeowners in New Mexico. This special region is where our family reconnects, slows down, and creates lasting memories.
James and Gemma bought their first vacation home here and went looking for a property manager they could trust with it. They never found one. So they built Sierra Sol instead.
Today we manage over 150 homes across Santa Fe, Taos, Angel Fire, and the Enchanted Circle. We are big enough to deliver strong marketing, pricing, and guest support, but still boutique enough that our local team knows every home by name. That balance is the whole point: personal care, local presence, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your home is looked after the way you would look after it yourself.
