Casa Las Rosas

Historic charm and an unbeatable location make Casa Las Rosas the ultimate Santa Fe hideaway. This beautifully restored two-story adobe condo sits just a half mile from the historic downtown Plaza and within walking distance of local restaurants, cafes, museums, shops, and fine art galleries. Inside, the condo is crafted with authentic brick floors, vintage Mexican tile, viga ceiling beams, and a wood-burning kiva fireplace. Antiques fill the living room with warmth, where you can relax on the sofa and chairs by the fire or watch a movie on the TV. The well-stocked kitchen features a full suite of appliances and a colorful Mexican-tile backsplash, with plenty of counter space for preparing Southwestern meals, and the dining room offers generous seating at an antique-accented table.

The main-level bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, a large closet, and an en suite bathroom finished with Mexican tile. Follow the unique curved stairway to the upstairs bedroom, with hardwood floors, a TV, an en suite bath, and access to a private rooftop deck. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! The location was so perfect- easily walkable to the Plaza and downtown and accessible to some nice footpaths nearby. The place itself was spotless and well stocked. The decor was quintessential Santa Fe and it had really great outdoor space on both the balcony and shared courtyard. As shared with us ahead of time, parking is a little tight for two cars but worked out just fine. One of the rooms is up a windy staircase but the view and room itself makes up for it! It also felt very reasonable for the location and size of the place. Would absolutely recommend!!

We loved the accommodations. The unit was decorated so cute with Santa Fe style art and architecture. We would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay in Santa Fe and were generally satisfied with our accommodations, but some aspects were lacking. The kitchen was described as “well stocked”. The kitchen was nice and had lots of cookware but it was empty - no oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc. A few staples are appreciated and what I expected based on the listing. The spiral staircase is cute but would be difficult for those w mobility challenges. Otherwise things were great! The place was clean, with a central location, nice little outdoor space, and good AC.
