Below, a forest-edge patio with a hot tub, ping pong, and a basketball hoop keeps the outdoors part of every day, and a separate lounge deck tucked into the trees, like a treehouse among the pines, gives everyone another place to gather.

All four bedrooms are on the ground floor for quiet, restful nights. The home is most comfortable for groups of around 8, with trundle beds in the two bunk rooms extending capacity to 10 when needed.
Bedroom 1 (Primary) features a king bed with a striking live-edge headboard, a wall-mounted TV, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed with forest views, plus its own desk and walk-in closet, a comfortable ground-floor retreat that doubles as a quiet spot to work.
Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed with a pull-out trundle and opens directly onto the hot tub patio, a flexible setup for kids or extra guests.

It flows into a dining area anchored by a large farmhouse table that seats the whole group, with windows and deck access that bring the views right to the table.

Outdoor Space

The large upper deck is made for morning coffee, sunset grilling, and taking in the panoramic mountain and forest views, with lounge seating and a fire feature for cool evenings.
