A vehicle is recommended to explore Angel Fire and the Enchanted Circle. The condo sits on the ski shuttle route, making it easy to reach Angel Fire Resort in winter without driving. Frontier Park and Enchanted Circle Brewing are both close by.

• This condo does not have air conditioning; the mountain climate stays cool, and the unit has heating for winter.
• The condo is a single-level, ground-floor unit.
• There is no in-unit washer or dryer; a laundromat is nearby.
• This condo is not pet-friendly.
• The minimum age to book is 21.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking, parties, or events.
• TVs are provided; please log in with your own streaming credentials.
• Parking in the lot is available on a first come, first served basis. There is also a dirt area across the street from the condo building without a “No Parking” sign. Please keep in mind that we cannot confirm whether parking in that area is permitted or guarantee that vehicles will not be towed, so guests should park at their own discretion.
