Guests will have full access to the entire home, the covered portal, and the walled backyard.
Self check-in is available via a lockbox located on the porch railing to the left of the front door; the code is provided before arrival. If the alarm is set on arrival, simple instructions to disarm it are provided.
Parking is available for up to three vehicles, with one space in the carport and two in the open driveway. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.

A vehicle is recommended to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area, though the home is less than a mile from the Plaza. On-site parking is available for up to three vehicles in the carport and driveway.

This home is available for stays of 30 nights or more.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted.
No smoking, parties, or events.
One dog up to 50 pounds is welcome with prior approval.
The home has central air-conditioning and forced-air heating.
Please note the gas furnace is non-functioning and not to be used; the home is heated by its central forced-air system.
The corner kiva fireplaces are decorative and not for guest use.
