In ski season, a parking pass (provided in the unit) must be displayed. Oversized vans, Sprinter vans, and RVs cannot be accommodated in the lot and must use the Taos Ski Valley parking area.
A vehicle is recommended to reach Taos Ski Valley and explore the area. The village, lifts, and dining are within walking distance of the condo. Parking is limited to one vehicle, and oversized vans and RVs must use the Taos Ski Valley parking lot. Cell service can be unreliable during peak season, so please plan accordingly.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking, parties, or events.
