Casita Sol

Welcome to Casita Sol, your adobe retreat in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Step through a private entrance and up to a light-filled great room where viga ceilings, a glowing kiva fireplace, and handwoven rugs set an unmistakably Southwestern mood. Sip morning coffee on your private deck, wander to the Plaza in minutes, then return to cook, gather, and unwind. With central air, a king suite, and room for six, Casita Sol is your easy, authentic home base for the City Different.

Casita Sol is a beautifully updated two-bedroom adobe condominium tucked into a quiet downtown Santa Fe community, just a short walk from the Plaza. Authentic Southwestern character is everywhere you look, from hand-hewn viga-and-latilla ceilings and a traditional kiva fireplace to slate tile floors, carved wood doors, and colorful handwoven textiles.

Set over two levels, the home lives large for a condo. A private entrance opens to a staircase leading up to a bright, open great room where the living area, dining space, and kitchen flow together, made for cooking, gathering, and relaxing after a day of exploring. When the evening cools, light the gas kiva fireplace or step out to your private deck for a glass of wine under the Santa Fe sky.

Whether you are here for the galleries and museums, the food, the markets, or simply the unmistakable light of the City Different, Casita Sol gives you an authentic, comfortable, air-conditioned home base right in the middle of it all.
