Tenderfoot Retreat is a two-story condo in Red River's Valley Condominiums, tucked along Pioneer Creek about a mile from downtown and the Red River Ski & Summer Area. Forest and mountain views, two private balconies, and a warm mountain-cabin feel make it an easy year-round basecamp.

The main level is made for gathering, with an open living room, gas fireplace, and full kitchen flowing together. Upstairs, two private suites each have their own full bath and balcony, giving couples and small groups rare flexibility for a condo. Parking is available in the community lot for up to two vehicles, first come, first served.
This is a two-story unit with exterior steps to enter. In winter conditions, roads in Red River can be snow-packed or icy, and 4WD/AWD may be helpful.

Downtown Red River and the ski and summer area are about a mile away, with festival venues one to two miles out and Enchanted Forest roughly five miles. The nearest airport, San Luis Valley Regional, is about 93 miles away, so most guests drive in. Once you have arrived and stocked up, much of town is an easy trip from the condo.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed.

This is a two-story unit with exterior entry steps and interior stairs; all bedrooms and full baths are upstairs.
