Casa del Solecito

Welcome to Casa del Solecito, a bright three-bedroom home in peaceful El Prado, just north of Taos and on the way to Taos Ski Valley and Arroyo Seco. Gather in the open great room, cook in the full kitchen, and spread out in a huge downstairs game and media lounge with theater seating, air hockey, foosball, and arcade play. Outside, soak in the private hot tub and take in sweeping views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Sleeping eight across a king, a queen, and a double twin room with a sofa sleeper in the living room, Casa del Solecito is a relaxed, cozy basecamp for families and groups exploring northern New Mexico.

Casa del Solecito, the "Little House of the Sun", sits in El Prado on a fenced lot with open high-desert and mountain views. Vaulted ceilings and big windows keep the home bright, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow leads from the great room to a covered deck and a private hot tub.

The real showstopper is the relaxing jacuzzi hot tub under the starlit mountain sky as you soak your worries away. For the fun inside, the downstairs game and media lounge has a theater-style seating around a large TV, plus arcade games with both air hockey and foosball tables. The great room quickly becomes the gathering spot with it's vaulted ceilings and electric fireplace perfect for setting the mood for a cozy evening watching movies or playing board games. This is the kind of space that keeps a group happy after a day on the mountain or in town.
